1. I broke a piece, what is your warranty policy?

Answer: if any components are broken within 365 days of the purchase, we will replace it at no charge, only shipping costs. 

2. What is your return policy?

Answer: If you feel that this product is not right for you, or failed to use it for any reason within 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full value refund.  The product must be returned in the unused condition. Customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and import fees.

3. What if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Answer: We follow a 30 Day Love It policy. Daymaker Touring offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy extending to customers to use the product for up to 1 month from the date of purchase, and if they are dissatisfied with the product, they may return it for a full value warranty or replacement. Customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and import fees.

*If the Daymaker Touring Product was purchased during the preseason, Northern Hemisphere customers will have 1 month from the date of their first use or January 1st (July 31st for Southern Hemisphere Customers), whichever date comes first, to use this 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

 

*Daymaker Touring warranties may not be transferred and are reserved for the original purchaser only. All warranty returns must be supported by a copy of the original Proof of Purchase or Daymaker Touring order #. If the original proof of purchase or order # cannot be provided or found on a warranty return, Daymaker Touring will use the manufacturing date as the start of the warranty period.
