There are all sorts of skins on the market to choose from, so we decided to make it easy. Your touring experience is really only as good as your skins are, so you should choose a high quality skin to trust. 

This is a skin that the engineers at Daymakers have used for years now. We 100% trust the glue in ALL CONDITIONS, whether it is -20F or 60 degrees, it works for multiple laps. As you already have adapters in your backpack taking up room during the downhill, you need a skin that folds tight and packs well. This 100% mohair skin has incredible flexibility to pack neatly, and can barely be felt in your pack as it is so light. 

Mohair skins provide the best glide on the market so that you waste the least amount of energy on drag. While having a great glide, these skins also maintain more than sufficient traction for the most difficult to tour areas. 

These are very lightweight skins for extended, demanding ski tours with the proven performance of traditional hotmelt adhesive technology.

• New tip attachment is secured with rivets.
• The tail clip sits flush, even on rounded ski tails. For tails that are thicker than 5 mm we recommend using the wide tail clip.
• Universal Set can be customized for skis up to 195 cm.

Proper Fitting. 115mm or 130mm?

The UNIVERSAL OPTION  is a trim to fit skin. It will fit skis as long as 195cm, and you can cut it as short as you need.  more information on trimming located here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrM2SyUjDwo&t=30s

The Precut length skins fit skis as described length in the drop down. 

Your ski should be no more than 8mm wider at the tips than the skin. If your ski is wider than 123mm at the tip, you'll need to size up to the 135mm skin. 
The skins come with a skin trimming tool. This is used to properly cut the width of your skins to match the sidecut of your ski.
